We used NETBankAudit for a BSA Validation and are currently contracted for IT Audit and testing services. Our experience has been a very good one. The audits were very thorough and professional with helpful recommendations. We have used several large accounting firms for outsourced internal audit needs, but I have found NETBankAudit to be superior in terms of communication, scope, knowledge, and timeliness of reporting.

Mike Young was great to work with - He involved the Audit Department effectively throughout the engagement; Discussions were not at a high-tech level with us or with the Audit Committee, so we felt comfortable talking with him and asking questions; Even though the engagement was performed remotely due to COVID, video conferences were employed so we were able to see faces and interact in a way that provided a more personalized experience. We look forward to working with him in person next year.
